Job Requirements:
- College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
- Experience as an onsite construction project monitor/ coordinator with a project value of $1 million or higher
- Experience in an adverse environment (security sensitive areas, disaster zone, working up north, working overseas) and or experience working on a Physical Security Project (working with/ installed alarm systems, security doors, windows, camera’s – anything involving security/ protecting a building or compound)
- Holds a relevant professional designation or certification in at least one of the following:
- Professional Engineer
- Registered Architect
- College or CEGEP Diploma/Certificate related to Engineering or Architecture
- Project Management Professional
- Familiarity with the creation and use of data bases
- Familiarity with Real Property design and construction projects
- Ability to analyze project related data and identify issues
- Bilingual at the intermediate level or fluent
