Job Description:

Job Requirements:

  • College diploma or a University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or another relevant field
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • 1 or more of the following: Project Management Institute (PMI), Accreditation from Project Management Association of Canada (PMAC), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) or Real Property Administrator (RPA)
  • Experience with AutoCad (2012 – 2018) to design office accommodation fit-up designs
  • Has project management leadership/experience in delivering office accommodation projects (fit-up and construction) and responsible for the following:
  1. Budgets (estimates and tracking)
  2. Schedules
  3. Deficiency Reports
  4. Progress Reports
