Job Requirements:
- College diploma or a University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or another relevant field
- 5 years of experience in Project Management
- 1 or more of the following: Project Management Institute (PMI), Accreditation from Project Management Association of Canada (PMAC), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) or Real Property Administrator (RPA)
- Experience with AutoCad (2012 – 2018) to design office accommodation fit-up designs
- Has project management leadership/experience in delivering office accommodation projects (fit-up and construction) and responsible for the following:
- Budgets (estimates and tracking)
- Schedules
- Deficiency Reports
- Progress Reports
