Job Description

 The AIM Group Inc. is seeking an IM/IT Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The IM/IT Business Development Manager will be responsible for the management of sales, and relationship with clients. The successful candidate will work with existing and new clients to expand the AIM Group’s IM/IT Services offerings. 

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Identify and develop new opportunities / accounts.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales targets.
  • Meet time deadlines for accounts
  • Deliver a solid understanding of client’s environment and specific requirements.
  • Understand client budgets.
  • Interact and coordinate with other team members to service account
  • Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) tool or CRM-database. 

Required Skills


  • Strong customer/client service background
  • Experience in business development within existing and new accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed company sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills with clients and internal team members


  • Education or background in computer science / engineering
  • Understanding of the procurement process in the federal/provincial/municipal Governments.
  • Bilingualism
