Hi there! I’m Meredith Egan, co-founder and CEO of The AIM Group, and I’m very pleased to welcome you to our new blog, The Puzzle Piece.
For The AIM Group, 2018 marks 30 years in business; we’ve seen many changes over these past three decades, both in the industry and in general, and we’ve persevered through them all.
We have decided to use this milestone it as an opportunity to refresh – with a new website and this blog – and refocus our work on three verticals: IM/IT, Engineering and Technical, and Professional Services. This effort to target our attention at in-demand fields of expertise has been ongoing for quite some time, but we’re excited about the potential this brings to the company, our employees, and our candidates.
This blog is where you will be able to find helpful information about company and industry news and events, skill sets or roles that are expected to be in demand soon, tips for career transitioning, industry trends, and more.
As we make these changes to the outward-facing aspects of our company, we’re also turning our attention internally by going back to the basics and establishing new mission, vision, and value statements that will guide our company in the years to come, and these statements will be added to our website very soon.
The AIM Group has accomplished so much in its first 30 years in business, and we’re all very excited about what the future holds.
