Senior Project Administrators / Intermediate Project Administrators for Real Property

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assisting with quality assurance and invoice verification and matching contract coding
  • Provide administrative and technical support to project team
  • Developing document and records management system and control processes
  • Acting as first point of contact on hot line by accepting incoming calls, logging calls, attempting to resolve simple problems and following established procedures for more difficult problems
  • Provide project planning and monitoring, reporting using project plan format
  • Maintain and update relevant project information such as project activity schedule, status reports, correspondence and financial databases
  • Assisting with review of project requirements
  • Assisting with managing Request for Information procedures
  • Providing support to tendering and contracting processes
  • Supporting start-up construction process by assisting in managing construction logistics; forecast, coordinate work and avoid disruptions to occupants

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

  • 2+ years’ experience with Real Property design and construction projects performing similar tasks to those in the job description
  •  Assisting with quality assurance and invoice verification and matching contract coding;
