- Operates, adjusts, regulates, maintains, and troubleshoots the building mechanical and electrical systems to ensure proper functioning with respect to safety, economy, and comfort.
- The technician is required to respond to after-hours service calls (including on weekends and statutory holidays) and is frequently called upon to do after hours work.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Fluently bilingual
