Job Description

•	Participate in initial meeting with the client to discuss project plan.
• Develop a project plan to client for review and comment after collecting
• relevant information regarding departmental security governance and processes.
• Develop the security risk assessment methodology that will be used in the DSP and
• provide to client for review.
• Provide a final project plan to client for approval in advance of consultations with
• key stakeholders
• Initiate consultation with stakeholders, including program and regional officials, functional
• specialists and corporate services sectors to identify relevant security requirements and
• risks to develop the DSP
• Compile all relevant information from consultations to develop DSP
• Provide a communications package including communications products and
• training material to implement the DSP

Language: Bilingual

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of experience as a Risk management
  • Providing recommendations that support GC Treasury Board policies and directives concerning security.
  • Development of a Departmental Security Plan (DSP), based on the size of the organization, in the Public Sector (Federal, Provincial, and territorial government departments
  • and/or agencies) and in the security community
  • Fluently communicate in French and English language
